Information Technology
Information technology at COPE involves the development and use of technology to strengthen organizational capacity to achieve business objectives and pursue the mission. Based on the internal needs for a comprehensive electronic solution, COPE embarked on developing client-centric Electronic Health Record software to help improve the decision making process for its behavioral health providers. The developed solution, Health Management System (HMS), which was completed in October 2001, uses evidence based management tools to provide timely and accurate information regarding client care.
