COPE is a private, nonprofit community service and behavioral health care organization providing pathways to recovery for individuals and families and innovative solutions to community problems. COPE offers
comprehensive programs, resources, and support for recovery from substance abuse, serious mental illness, HIV/AIDS, as well
as from the stresses and challenges that affect our health. COPE receives funding from CPSA, SAMHSA, and Pima County.

Behavioral Health Care Services

For over thirty years, COPE has provided hope and opportunities for overcoming obstacles that prevent individuals from fully enjoying life, work, and relationships. COPE assists in restoring the capacity for a positive and productive life through recovery. COPE helps equip individuals and families with skills to deal effectively with the circumstances and problems of daily living and psychiatric or substance use disorders.
Community Services
COPE collaborates with organizational, neighborhood, government, and stakeholder groups to create sustainable solutions to community problems.
For example:
- COPE's Community Health Services offer HIV testing, health education and outreach, and a Resource Center providing referrals, education, and supportive activities; and
- COPE also develops job readiness, and employment training solutions for disadvantaged populations.
