PSYCHIATRIST

We are currently seeking full-time Psychiatrist to work at our case management sites. The Psychiatrist serves as a team member in the provision of services in accordance to a client’s individual treatment plan that results in a positive behavioral change. The Psychiatrist will assume medical decision-making responsibilities in the assessment and management of behavioral health disorders of clients referred to them.

DUTIES: Adhere to the practice standards of the local community for their specialties and will follow all Department of Health Services regulations and policies related to the treatment of persons suffering from substance abuse and mental illnesses. Participate in interdisciplinary staffings and consults for clients as needed. Provide education to clients, their families, and to staff members related to medication, mental health diagnosis and medical conditions. Coordinate care with primary care physicians when appropriate. Adhere to guidelines related to pharmacy practices. Assume responsibility for the behavioral health evaluation, assessment, and treatment of clients referred. Effectively match client needs with available services while maintaining client in the least restrictive environment. Obtain prior authorizations for restricted proprietary or non-formulary medications or procedures (e.g., ECT, community referral, neurological psychological testing) through the Medical Director of Assistant Medical Director. Responsible for meeting encounter production requirements as specified by the Medical Director.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: MD or DO with the completion of an accredited psychiatric residency training program plus experience working in managed care settings. Experience working with clients who have serious and persistent mental disorders, co-occurring disorders, and traumatic brain injury; and psychiatric treatment of the developmentally disabled. Licensed with the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners and Drug Enforcement Administration. A practitioner in good standing with the agency with practice privileges consistent with clinical qualifications.

NURSE PRACTITIONER – INTEGRATED HEALTH CLINIC

Be part of a team in a newly opened specialized integrated Behavioral and Medical health clinic! The Nurse Practitioner position is full-time/30 hours per week with rapid growth to full-time/40 hours per week. The position is intended to offer an opportunity for the practitioner to assist in service design and be an active member of a community based integrated service delivery network. A professional support staff is on-site to address behavioral needs in a full service case management setting. The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for primary health care for patients. In collaboration with the Medical Director, the practitioner assumes clinical decision-making responsibilities in the assessment and management of general wellness. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing from a State Board of Nursing approved school of nursing with satisfactory completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
Must have a current DEA number and one (1) year experience in a medical setting that includes working with patients who have serious and persistent medical disorders.
Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner; certified in a specialty area of general practice, family practice or internal medicine; and has prescribing privileges through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
STARTING SALARY RANGE: 72,000 - $87,600 annual salary, depending on education and experience.

CLINICAL SPECIALIST (THERAPIST)

We are currently seeking full time Clinical Specialists for our case management sites. Duties are to perform clinical services including assessment, service plan development, case coordination, counseling, reviews and signs clinical documents as a Behavioral Health Professional, and act as a clinical consultant to treatment team as directed. The Clinical Specialist serves as a team member in the provision of services in accordance to a client's individual treatment plan that results in a positive behavioral change.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field plus one (1) year experience providing behavioral health services (i.e., assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of an individual’s behavioral health issue) in an agency, to an individual or in a field related to behavioral health. At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or substance abuse) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire to continue in position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field plus one (1) year experience providing behavioral health services (i.e., assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of an individual’s behavioral health issue) in an agency, to an individual or in a field related to behavioral health. Licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or substance abuse) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
SALARY: $38,800 – $49,200 per year, depending on education and experience.

RECOVERY TEAM ASSOCIATE/CLINICAL LIAISON

We are currently looking for full time RTA/CL's to work at our case management sites. The RTA/CL is responsible for providing or coordinating all covered services (e.g. case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) to address clients' individual treatment needs. Coordinate the civil commitment process as outlined in Title 36 Statutes. The RTA/CL is expected to cooperate as a team member and provide services to promote positive behavioral change for clients. The RTA/CL is responsible for clinical oversight of client care, and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services, including the assessment and service planning processes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree in BH related field and two (2) years BH work experience or Associates degree in non-BH related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and three (3) years BH work experience or Bachelors in BH related field, no experience necessary or Bachelors in non-BH related field and 30 semesters hours in BH education and two (2) years BH work experience or Masters in Behavioral Health (BH) related field, with no experience necessary or Masters in non-BH field and 30 semester hours in BH education, no experience necessary.
STARTING SALARY: $29,400 - $34,600 per year, depending on education and experience.

COT CASE MONITOR - COADY

We are currently seeking one (1) full time COT Case Monitor to work at our Coady case management site. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, is expected to serve as a participating member of the client’s team and provide assistance to promote positive behavioral change for clients. Responsible for administrative oversight of client care, including Non Title XIX SMI Title 36 requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate Degree in BH related field and 4 years BH work experience or Associate Degree in non-BH related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and 5 years work experience or BA in BH related field and 2 years BH work experience or BA in non-BH related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and 4 years BH work experience or MA in non-BH related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and 2 years BH work experience or MA in BH related field.
SALARY: $31,600 - $37,600 per year, depending on education and experience.

Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing from a State Board of Nursing approved school of nursing with satisfactory completion of an approved nurse practitioner program. Must have a current DEA number and one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting. Certified as a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has prescribing privileges through the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Is a practitioner in good standing with the agency with practice privileges consistent with clinical qualifications.
