HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Specialist for our Human Resources department. This position is responsible for general human resource functions which may include recruitment and hiring tasks, benefits management, and personnel and payroll systems processing and support.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED plus three (3) years related experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll department OR Associate’s degree in a Human Resources or Business related field plus one (1) year experience in Human Resources and/or Payroll department.
Experience with employment law, EEOC, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, payroll, and/or benefits administration preferred. Bilingual (Spanish), experience with ADP P/C Payroll, and PHR certification a plus!

STARTING SALARY: $28,000 per year

RECEPTIONIST
We are currently seeking a full-time Receptionist for our DUI program which is located downtown. Under the direction and supervision of the DUI Coordinator/DUI Program Manager, is responsible for performing secretarial/administrative duties for the department. The primary responsibilities of the position will include answering multi-line phone system, greeting clients, visitors and staff in a pleasant, professional and courteous manner. Provide information to clients about DUI services including class dates, times and fees. Applicant must also exhibit interpersonal and organizational skills in order to coordinate the functions of the administrative reception area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years experience working in reception and/or customer service. At least (1) year experience answering a multi-line phone system is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Spanish speaking with experience working with the bilingual community (Spanish/English).

SALARY: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.

RECOVERY TEAM ASSOCIATE / CLINICAL LIAISON
We are currently looking for a full time RTA/CL's to work at our case management sites. The RTA/CL is responsible for providing or coordinating all covered services (e.g. case management, outreach, crisis intervention, and counseling) to address clients’ individual treatment needs. Coordinate the civil commitment process as outlined in Title 36 Statutes. The RTA/CL is expected to cooperate as a team member and provide services to promote positive behavioral change for clients. The RTA/CL is responsible for clinical oversight of client care, and to the team as it relates to the delivery of services, including the assessment and service planning processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s degree in a behavioral health field plus 2 years in BH experience or AA degree in a non-behavioral health field plus 30 semester hours in BH education and 3 years of BH experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Masters in a behavioral health field or Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and no experience necessary or
Bachelor’s degree in non-behavioral plus 30 semester hours in BH education and 2 years of behavioral health experience or
MA in non-BH related field and 30 semester hours in BH education and no experience necessary.

SALARY: $29,400 - $34,600 per year, depending on education and experience.

PSYCHIATRIST
Currently seeking full-time Psychiatrists to work at our case management sites. The Psychiatrist serves as a team member in the provision of services in accordance to a client's individual treatment plan that results in a positive behavioral change. The Psychiatrist will assume medical decision-making responsibilities in the assessment and management of behavioral health disorders of clients referred to them.

DUTIES: Adhere to the practice standards of the local community for their specialties and will follow all Department of Health Services regulations and policies related to the treatment of persons suffering from substance abuse and mental illnesses. Participate in interdisciplinary staffings and consults for clients as needed. Provide education to clients, their families, and to staff members related to medication, mental heath diagnosis and medical conditions. Coordinate care with primary care physicians when appropriate. Adhere to guidelines related to pharmacy practices. Assume responsibility for the behavioral health evaluation, assessment, and treatment of clients referred. Effectively match client needs with available services while maintaining client in the least restrictive environment. Obtain Prior authorizations for restricted proprietary or non-formulary medications or procedures (e.g., ECT, community referral, neurological psychological testing) through the Medical Director or Assistant Medical Director. Responsible for meeting encounter production requirements as specified by Medical Director.

QUALIFICATIONS: MD or DO with the completion of an accredited psychiatric residency training program plus experience working in managed care settings; working with clients who have serious and persistent mental disorders, co-occurring disorders, and traumatic brain injury; and psychiatric treatment of the developmentally disabled. Licensed with the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners and Drug Enforcement Administration. Proof of professional liability coverage of at least one million dollars. A practitioner in good standing with the agency with practice privileges consistent with clinical qualifications.

SALARY RANGE: $180,000 - $195,000 per year, DOE

CLINICAL SPECIALIST - (THERAPIST)
We are currently seeking full time Clinical Specialists. Duties are to perform clinical services including assessment, service plan development, case coordination, counseling, and act as a clinical consultant to treatment team as directed. The Clinical Specialist serves as a team member in the provision of services in accordance to a client's individual treatment plan that results in a positive behavioral change.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field plus one (1) year experience providing behavioral health services (i.e., assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of an individual’s behavioral health issue) in an agency, to an individual or in a field related to behavioral health. At time of hire, must be actively engaged in the process of becoming licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or substance abuse) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners. Must be licensed within six (6) months of hire to continue in position.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree from an accredited college in a behavioral health field plus one (1) year experience providing behavioral health services (i.e., assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of an individual’s behavioral health issue) in an agency, to an individual or in a field related to behavioral health. Licensed in an appropriate discipline (counseling, social work, or substance abuse) by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners

SALARY: $38,800 – $42,800 per year, depending on education and experience.

TRANSITIONAL SERVICES SPECIALIST
We are currently seeking Transitional Services Specialists to work in our transitional program. Primary responsibilities are to provide client supervision and care as part of the residential treatment team. This is a fast-paced residential program. Other responsibilities include: encourage the health, safety, and welfare of clients at all times by supervising and facilitating daily milieu of programs/services as assigned, such as assisting with activities of daily living skills, mealtime, personal hygiene, educational and community groups, and activity therapy. Provide clients with positive cues, redirection and reinforcement. Provide appropriate training or skill building in communication, the development and maintenance of productive interpersonal relationships, and occupational or recreational activities intended to promote recovery. Comply with safe driving practices and procedures and provide safe, timely transportation of clients to and from the facility as assigned. After 6 weeks of on-site direction, able to demonstrate knowledge of the special needs of the SMI, substance abuse, TBI, and geriatric populations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED plus four (4) years behavioral health work experience OR Associates degree in a behavioral health related field plus two (2) years behavioral health work experience OR Bachelors degree in a behavioral health related field, no experience necessary.

STARTING SALARY: $11.30 - $13.65 per hour, depending on experience/education.

NURSE PRACTITIONER
Currently seeking Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to work at our case management sites. This position is as an active member of a community based integrated service delivery network. The Nurse Practitioner will assume clinical decision-making responsibilities in the assessment and management of behavioral health disorders in collaboration with the Medical Director at designated practice sites. The PNP will assume responsibility for the following: behavioral health evaluation and assessment of clients referred, psychopharmacologic management of clients referred, consult with ancillary services, physician specialists and social service agencies in order to assist the client and family in attaining maximum good health, share the responsibility with administrative, medical, nursing and other personnel for the quality and efficiency of client care services, participate in peer review with other professional staff members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree with a major in Nursing from a State Board of Nursing approved school of nursing with satisfactory completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.

2. Work Experience: Must have a current DEA number and one (1) year experience in a psychiatric setting.

3. Certified as a Nurse Practitioner and has prescribing privileges through the Arizona State Board of Nursing.
